Insights Roadmap

• User will be able to select pre-defined frequently asked metrics question and receive relevant metric answer and system will provide metrics based on a question asked. Examples of pre-defined questions: Total Donations. Total Membership. Total membership by Country. Top 10 Districts by Service Activity.

• User will have ability to type the question on what metric user would like to see, and the system will provide an answer. Examples: List of top 10 clubs by membership in CA 1. List of officer vacancies in District 1A. List of Newly Charter clubs in District 417.

Updated 2020-2021 District Goals Progress Dashboard with the 2021-2022 District Goals Progress Dashboard

This updated dashboard now includes goals vs actuals for the following metrics:

• Clubs Reporting Service by Type

• New Clubs, New Members, Dropped Members and Member Net Growth

• Zone and Club Officers Trained

• Model Club Commitments

• Learn Insights to provide visibility to learning metrics.

• Service Metrics CAPS disclaimers.

• Insights re-design:

  • Easy navigation and usability

  • Provide better search functionality with flexibility to toggle between LCI and GAT Hierarchy

  • Interactive charts

  • Clubs dashboards includes Specialty clubs metrics

  • Ability to export data into Excel or .csv file

• New District Goals Progress Insights to provide leaders visibility to the progress towards FY2020-2021 set District Goals

• Include District and Multiple District Service Activity metrics in total Service Activity counts and People Served. Show District and Multiple District Service Activity metrics

• Service Activities, Meetings, Fundraisers, and Donations will be counted as Activity Types
