  • Updated the Metrics page with the following message: ‘Reported activities may not immediately be reflected in the metrics. Activity details typically post within 2 hours.’

  • Updated the Report Form for donation projects to allow a user to specify those that are LCIF donations

 8/19/21 - Report Updates
  • Updated Activity Type to show ‘Service Project’ in lieu of ‘Service Activity’ to ensure clear definition when reporting individual service projects

  • Updated the Report Past Activity page so that users who represent membership or administration permissions for more than one club will be able to toggle between the activities

  • Registration:

    • Added 3 verification questions to the process to assist users with updating their information securely

    • Added text wrapping to the results for the club search during the identification step so that users can see the full Club Name and ID

    • Updated the web to match the app newsfeed to show the users who like a post

    • Removed the Cause field if the Activity Type of Meeting is selected

  • Updated the Childhood Cancer Project Types to reflect the following options:

  • Added time zone selection to the Plan a Future activity form so invites are consistent with the proper date and time of the activity

 5/20/21 - Delegate Confirmation Number
  • Users who are assigned as delegates for voting at the LCICon2021 Virtual International Convention can find their number in their User Profile

 4/30/21 - General MyLion Enhancements
  • Remove the ‘report the old way’ link

  • Provided the ability for out-going officers who have service reporting access to have permission within the 15 day grace period (7/1 - 7/15) to close out prior year activities

  • Provided system wide alerts on the Member Portal as well as individual applications as needed

  • Enhanced the Announcement section by adding a carousel for easy reading as well as added aging to each announcement

 4/30/21 - Sign In & Registration Process - Phase 2
  • Improved the registration process to be more self-serve for the user by allowing user to provide an updated email or phone

  • Improved security by requiring only unique emails or phone numbers to be used while creating a Lion Account

  • Created an identification process that will allow a user to register with or without a Member ID/Person ID

  • Improved messaging throughout the process to be helpful and clear to the user

  • Enhanced the Save Draft and Report buttons to clearly differentiate between the two options

  • Improved the Metrics page so that aggregation includes the visibility of all activity levels: Club Activities, District Activities and Multiple District Activities

  • Implemented improved messaging to assist the user to understand the metrics and how caps are applied to People Served, Volunteer Hours, Funds Donated and Funds Raised

      • View posts of others who you follow

      • View your followers and who’s following you

    • Build Your Newsfeed (Discover)

      • Expand this tab to search for clubs, users and activities

      • Follow clubs, users and activities

      • View a club’s profile page

      • Enhanced the filters for each section to refine search results

        • Allow users to search and filter by Club Specialty

    • Announcements

      • Displays system alerts

    • Service Metrics

      • View aggregated metrics for Club, District or Multiple District based on the user’s title

      • Select ‘See All’ to access the MyLion Metrics page for additional details

    • Upcoming Club Activities

      • View up to 5 upcoming club activities

 7/22/20 - Activity Reporting - Local Currency
  • Enhanced the Report forms for Funds Donated and Funds Raised to allow the user to select a local currency

    • The system automatically converts the value to USD and displays the conversion

 3/2/2020 - Improved Page Layouts and Searches
  • Metrics page was updated to clearly show the Club Search bar and improved search results

  • Activities page was updated with additional filters and improved search results

  • Plan Future Activity was updated so that the Invite People page returned improved search results
